50% off Secure Data Wiping
Prepare suitable laptops, desktops, HDDs, SSDs and external storage for resale, reassignment or disposal. Device and media suitability are assessed first; some locked, failed or damaged devices cannot be wiped normally.
The service includes device identification, serial number logging where available, an appropriate secure wipe attempt, recorded results and a certificate of sanitisation or written report, including any exceptions.
Devices are returned unless destruction or recycling is separately arranged. An unsuccessful wipe is recorded as such.

A practical, scoped review of the technology you use, with a written report identifying findings, risks and priority actions.
Depending on the agreed scope, this can cover accounts and MFA, administrator and provider access, website and hosting exposure, domains and DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, email security, backup arrangements, or private-client device and network hygiene.
These are advisory cybersecurity reviews. Penetration testing, forensic investigation and formal compliance certification are not included.

Solway Web Consulting is based in Sydney. Secure data-wiping work focuses on Sydney CBD and the inner suburbs. Cybersecurity consulting can be arranged remotely, with on-site work across Australia and New Zealand where the scope is appropriate. Location and any travel arrangements are confirmed in the quote.

Offer Terms
- Available for new bookings confirmed between 28 September and 31 October 2026, inclusive, in Australia/Sydney time. An enquiry alone does not confirm a booking. Work may take place later at an agreed appointment.
- Eligible small-business and private/HNWI clients receive 50% off the normal quoted service fee for secure data wiping or cybersecurity auditing, or both if booked. The agreed quote shows the discount.
- The discount applies to the agreed service scope. Separately quoted travel, hardware, software, third-party destruction or recycling, and additional remediation work are excluded.
- Bookings are subject to scheduling and service availability. The offer cannot be combined with another discount.
- Secure wiping depends on device/media suitability and access. Required data must be retained elsewhere before authorised wiping; exceptions and unsuccessful attempts are documented.
- Cybersecurity audits are advisory reviews of the agreed scope, not guarantees against future compromise.
